MACC summons brother of former federal minister over graft probe

KOTA KINABALU: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission today summoned a younger brother of a former federal minister to its office here today over the investigation into the alleged embezzlement of over RM1.5 billion in funds meant for rural development projects in Sabah.
A source said the individual had gone to the MACC office this morning.So far, six people, among them four political party leaders and a businessman, have been remanded to assist in the investigation. — Bernama
