Perlis MCA vice-chairman resigns

KANGAR: Perlis MCA vice-chairman Khaw Hock Kong today resigned from all posts in the party and government with immediate effect.
The Perlis Legislative Assembly deputy speaker made the announcement in a WhatsApp message sent to reporters here.
Khaw, who was assemblyman for Titi Tinggi in the last assembly, was dropped as a candidate for the 14th general election on May 9.
Chua Tian Hee has been named Perlis MCA vice-chairman in place of Khaw. — Bernama
