PLKN 3.0 dilaksanakan tiga siri tahun ini secara sukarela di dua kem

KUALA LUMPUR: Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN) 3.0 yang bermula pada tahun ini selepas tujuh tahun dimansuhkan, akan dilaksanakan secara sukarela dalam tiga siri di dua kem.

Kementerian Pertahanan dalam kenyataan hari ini memaklumkan PLKN 3.0 Siri 1/2025 diadakan di Kem Rejimen 515 Askar Wataniah, Kuala Lumpur selama 45 hari bermula hari ini hingga 25 Feb.

“PLKN 3.0 Siri 2/2025 akan dilaksanakan pada 11 Mei hingga 24 Jun 2025 manakala PLKN 3.0 Siri 3/2025 akan dilaksanakan pada 7 Sept hingga 21 Okt 2025 iaitu di Kem Rejimen 515 Askar Wataniah dan Kem Rejimen 505 Askar Wataniah, Pekan, Pahang,” menurut kenyataan itu.

Kenyataan itu memaklumkan PLKN 3.0 Siri 1/2025 telah menerima penyertaan seramai 120 orang pelatih secara sukarela yang terdiri daripada 80 lelaki dan 40 wanita berumur antara 18 dan 25 tahun, termasuk 13 orang mendaftar secara walk-in dengan kesemua mereka yang hadir terdiri daripada pelbagai latar belakang bangsa, agama, pendidikan dan lokaliti.

Menurut kenyataan itu lagi, PLKN 3.0 akan menggunakan modul latihan yang mengintegrasikan 70 peratus Latihan Asas Ketenteraan dan 30 peratus Komponen Kenegaraan.

“Bagi modul Latihan Asas Ketenteraan pelatih akan dilengkapkan dengan kemahiran asas ketenteraan, dasar keselamatan negara, asas kesejahteraan hidup Malaysia MADANI dan kemahiran kepimpinan.

“Modul Komponen Kenegaraan pula mendedahkan pelatih dengan latihan tentang elemen jati diri, patriotisme dan memperkukuh perpaduan,” menurut kenyataan itu.

Kenyataan itu turut memaklumkan PLKN 3.0 merupakan wadah pembentukan satu generasi baharu yang mempunyai semangat patriotisme, mengamalkan nilai-nilai murni, sentiasa memupuk semangat perpaduan dan menanamkan semangat kesukarelawan.

Menurut kenyataan itu lagi secara khususnya PLKN 3.0 dilaksanakan berdasarkan lima objektif iaitu meningkatkan semangat patriotisme dalam kalangan generasi muda, memupuk dan menyatupadukan golongan muda daripada pelbagai kaum serta integriti nasional; membentuk perwatakan positif dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai murni.

Objektif lain ialah menanam dan menyemarakkan semangat kesukarelawanan; dan melahirkan generasi muda yang cergas, cerdas dan berkeyakinan.
