Maybank reports intermittent slowness impacting DuitNow QR payments, transfers, and bill payments, advising customers to use Interbank GIRO
PETALING JAYA: Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) is currently experiencing intermittent slowness affecting its DuitNow services.
The issue impacts QR payments, transfers, bill payments, and related transactions.
In a statement on the X platform, Maybank said some transactions may take longer than usual or are temporarily unavailable.
The bank advised customers to continue using Interbank GIRO for transfers during this period.
“Rest assured that work is in progress to restore the affected services as soon as possible,” it said.
