PKR’s central leadership met to review Sabah election findings and discuss economic measures, including e-invoice thresholds and tax overpayments.
PUTRAJAYA: The PKR Central Leadership Council held a special meeting to review preliminary findings from its post-mortem of the Sabah state election.
The meeting also discussed issues related to the performance of seats contested by Pakatan Harapan.
PKR information chief Datuk Fahmi Fadzil said the process of gathering views and findings will continue.
Follow-up actions will be examined at the next council meeting, he said in a statement.
The meeting also received a brief from Prime Minister and PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on recent economic measures.
These included the increase in the e-invoice threshold and faster repayment of tax overpayments.
The special meeting began at about 5 pm and ended two hours later.
Attendees included Fahmi, who is also the Communications Minister, and PKR vice-president Datuk Seri R. Ramanan.
Deputy Energy Transition and Water Transformation Minister Akmal Nasrullah Mohd Nasir, also a council member, was present.
