Sunway Malls unveils Cozy Cozy Christmas across all locations with workshops, performances and rewards
SUNWAY Malls has launched its nationwide ‘Cozy Cozy Christmas’ campaign across all locations, creating immersive festive experiences inspired by the global “kidult” trend that celebrates playful nostalgia and comforting collectibles.
The campaign runs through early January 2026 at various Sunway properties nationwide.
Nationwide Campaign Embraces Warmth and Togetherness
HC Chan, CEO of Sunway Malls, officially launched the campaign at Sunway Pyramid alongside management teams and partners. The initiative brings together whimsical décor, creative workshops, live performances, and charitable activities across the entire Sunway Malls network.
“This year’s theme pays homage to coziness, be it visually or emotively. Sunway Malls hope to create the sense of warmth, belonging and kinship. As with any festivity, it is important to rekindle the joy of the season and celebrate its traditions,” Chan explained.
UOB Bank joins as the official banking partner, offering exclusive perks and festive privileges throughout the campaign period.
Sunway Pyramid: Flagship Celebration
Running from November 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026 at the LG2 Blue Concourse, Sunway Pyramid’s celebration features Leo, the Festive Navigator, as its mascot. The centerpiece includes a 40-feet Giant Tree Walkway and a 15-feet Cozy Leo Display.
A Cozy Playtime area invites children into fun zones while families explore festive pop-ups by Famous Amos, Luna Jewellery, Hydro Flask, Kiehl’s, and GOLD. Joyful & Cozy Workshops offer personalized keychain crafting, while the Cozy Gift-Wrapping Station provides complimentary wrapping services.
Weekend entertainment includes Christmas on Ice featuring Santa, Leo & Leona, with Santa and Santina appearances every Saturday plus Christmas Eve and Day at 3pm (LG2 Blue Concourse) and 5pm (GF Oasis). Evening visitors experience a 35-feet Snowy Experience at the Blue Entrance.
The Spirit of Cozy Giving programme supports GOLD (Generating Opportunities for Learning Disabilities) through plushie adoption. Additionally, the Snap, Share & Support initiative contributes RM1 to GOLD for every photo tagged with #CozyCozyChristmas #CozyAtPyramid #TogetherForGood.
Sunway Velocity Mall: Creativity and Heart
From November 21, 2025 to January 1, 2026, Bubbly, the Spirited Foodie mascot, leads festivities at Sunway Velocity Mall. Cozy Cozy Playtime Workshops teach visitors to craft plushies, wreaths, pillow mists, and mini Christmas trees.
The Heartmade Christmas Project spreads joy to paediatric patients at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity through crafts, movies, and Santa giveaways, culminating in a Heartmade Christmas Tree that shoppers help decorate. The Cozy Christmas Tree Contest at the Main Atrium (G Floor) encourages crafting mini trees from recyclable materials.
Sunway Putra Mall: Festive Creativity Hub
From November 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026, Piney, the Evergreen Dreamer, guides celebrations at Sunway Putra Mall. Festive showcases by Shimmer G, GPR Cookies, Vern’s, and Bath & Body Works complement the glowing Giant Piney Display for photo opportunities.
At Local Alley (Level 5), Joyful & Cozy Workshops run every weekend and public holiday from 3pm to 4pm, featuring gingerbread decorating, mini tree and wreath crafting, plus plushie sewing and embroidered card making. Cozy Christmas Performances follow at 5pm.
Sunway Carnival Mall: Merry Moments Marketplace
Operating from November 28 to December 28, 2025, Sunway Carnival Mall offers Santa Meet & Greets, Cozy Christmas Dance performances, and live band entertainment.
The Merry Mood Market, in partnership with Hin Market, runs from December 12, 2025 to January 4, 2026 at the Ground Floor, featuring handcrafted gifts and festive treats. Merry Mood Workshops every weekend from December 13 offer Clay Soap, Scented Candle, Perler Beads, and Crochet Flower making sessions.
Sunway Big Box Retail Park: Gabby’s Dollhouse Magic
From December 5 to December 31, 2025, Sunway Big Box Retail Park presents Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie Campaign at the Main Concourse (East Wing). Children complete activity stations to redeem special Gabby gifts, with Meet & Greet sessions every weekend and Christmas Day at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm.
Shoppers can redeem Cat Ear Headbands by posting photos/videos at the Cat Francisco photo opportunity via the Sunway Malls App.
Sunway 163 Mall: Community Giving Focus
From November 21, 2025 to January 4, 2026, Sunway 163 Mall hosts Joyful & Cozy Workshops and mascot walkabouts every weekend and Christmas Day. Cozy Christmas Performances at the Ground Floor feature live bands, buskers, and choir showcases.
The “Gift A Little Joy” Donation Drive supports Dignity for Children Foundation with toys, books, clothing, and essentials. The Cozy Cozy Christmas Community Event on December 6 offers snow play, workshops, festive treats, mascot appearances, and a special draw for donors.
Sunway Square Mall: Grand Opening Celebration
Opening December 11, 2025, Sunway Square Mall debuts as Sunway Malls’ newest property, led by mascot Squarrel. Opening week features Hoholand (December 11-14), a Christmas bazaar with performances and workshops, followed by Sunset in the City (December 19 – January 4), a cozy Christmas-themed bazaar.
Sunway Kluang Mall: Community Celebration
Joyful & Cozy Workshops on December 14 and 20 offer DIY ornament and greeting card crafting. From December 6 to 25, Cozy Christmas Performances feature music, dance, magic shows, and Santa Meet & Greets.
The Angel Tree initiative (December 1-20) invites shoppers to fulfill children’s Christmas wishes, with gift presentations during the Cozy Xmas Day Out on December 21. The Cozy Cozy Bazaar occupies the Atrium (December 5-28) and Centre Court (December 19-28).
Sunway Wangsawalk Mall: Joy and Magic
From November 28 to December 28, 2025, festivities center on the Ground Floor Christmas Bazaar with 5PM performances including Magical Santa Show, Giant Colourful Santa Dance, Christmas Carolling, and Marching Band displays.
The Activity Area (Level 1) hosts a Christmas Costume Contest on December 7, with weekend and public holiday activities from 2pm-4pm featuring plushie making, aroma candle crafting, tree decorating, and games.
Sunway Giza: Artisanal Christmas
Sunway Giza presents a Christmas Artisanal Bazaar throughout December, featuring handcrafted gifts, festive treats, and unique artisanal finds.
Festive Rewards Programme
Sunway Malls rewards shoppers with exclusive redemptions based on spending tiers. Items include Cozy Blind Boxes, luggage, travel pouches, parking passes, and various mall-specific rewards. Redemption periods and items vary by location.
From November 28, 2025 to January 4, 2026, shoppers spending minimum RM150 in up to two same-day transactions at participating malls earn digital spin chances on the Sunway Super App, unlocking instant prizes from vouchers to cozy gifts.
