New Balance has officially opened its first-ever Run Hub in Southeast Asia at Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur — a landmark space dedicated to running, community, and connection. Inspired by the success of its Run Hubs in Japan and China, the KLCC edition brings the same runner-focused concept to the region, blending performance, accessibility, and community spirit.
According to Brittany Melrose, Regional Head of Running & Sports Marketing for New Balance, the Run Hub aims to be “a beacon for runners of all levels,” fostering passion and inclusivity within Malaysia’s vibrant running scene.
The Run Hub offers runners a complete experience — from storing belongings before a run to testing New Balance performance shoes around KLCC Park. Inside, a 3D foot scanning station provides detailed insights and shoe recommendations tailored to each runner’s stride. The open, welcoming design encourages flow between preparation and interaction, reinforcing New Balance’s belief that running is as much about people as performance.

To celebrate the launch, New Balance will host community-led events from Nov 1 – 16 2025, including group runs, digital avatar creations, and interactive experiences. Visitors can also enjoy rewards such as complimentary beverages, exclusive merchandise, and product redemptions with purchases.
Beyond the launch period, the Run Hub will continue offering everyday services like bag storage, shoe trials, and personalised fit guidance — creating an ongoing hub for runners in the city.
As part of the experience, visitors can preview the Fresh Foam X 1080v15 — New Balance’s latest innovation in max-cushion running shoes. Featuring a new Infiniōn midsole for enhanced comfort and energy return, the 1080v15 is designed for every distance, delivering balance and performance for all types of runners.
The New Balance Run Hub KLCC is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Lot 153–155, First Floor, Suria KLCC, Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
