Thailand sees a 3.34% drop in foreign tourist arrivals for early 2026 compared to the same period last year, with 10.83 million visitors recorded
BANGKOK: Thailand’s foreign tourist arrivals have declined by 3.34% so far this year compared to the same period in 2025.
The Tourism Ministry reported that from January 1 to April 19, the country received approximately 10.83 million international visitors.
This dip follows a strong recovery trend in recent years.
Thailand’s tourism sector set a pre-pandemic annual record with nearly 40 million foreign arrivals in 2019.
