Pakatan Harapan vows to uphold a clean, stable, and integrity-driven administration if given the mandate in the Negeri Sembilan state election on August 1.
KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan (PH) has pledged to continue delivering a clean, stable and integrity-driven administration if it is given the mandate to govern following the 16th Negeri Sembilan State Election on Aug 1.
In a Facebook post today, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who is PH chairman, called on the people of Negeri Sembilan to place their trust in the coalition by granting it a stronger mandate.
“We place our trust in Allah SWT,” he wrote, accompanying the post with a verse from Surah Al-Ma’idah highlighting the importance of working together in righteousness and avoiding hostility.
For the state election, PH is contesting all 36 state seats, fielding 16 candidates from PKR, 11 from DAP and nine from Amanah.
Early voting for the Negeri Sembilan state election is scheduled for July 28, while polling will take place on Aug 1.
