Police hunt group after three men attacked in Selayang

Police are tracking a group of individuals suspected of attacking three men with weapons during a riot in Selayang Jaya, Batu Caves.

SELAYANG: Police are hunting a group of individuals suspected of attacking three men with weapons during a riot in Selayang Jaya, Batu Caves.

Gombak police chief ACP Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir said they received information about the fight at 12.20am.

The brawl involved two groups of local men whose identities remain unknown.

Three victims aged between 18 and 36 suffered injuries and were taken to Selayang Hospital.

The suspects attacked the victims with weapons, though the motive remains unclear.

The case is being investigated under Section 324 and Section 148 of the Penal Code.
