Malaysia’s November 2025 supplementary electoral roll open for review

Malaysia’s Election Commission opens the November 2025 supplementary electoral roll for a 30-day public review, featuring over 40,000 new voters.

KUALA LUMPUR: The certified Supplementary Electoral Roll for November 2025 is now open for public review for 30 days.

Election Commission secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus (pic) said the roll, gazetted today, contains 40,482 names of citizens aged 18 and above who were automatically registered as new voters between November 1 and 30, 2025.

It also includes 14,131 registered voters who changed electoral divisions and 1,303 who changed their voter category or status.

The EC has provided five verification methods for the public to check the roll.

These include the EC portal, the State Election Offices portal, the online MySPR application, the MySPR Semak mobile app, and a dedicated hotline.

The commission urged citizens who turned 18 in November 2025 and any voters who applied for changes to verify their listing.

Voters who find their names omitted may submit a claim by completing Form C via the MySPR online application or at a State Election Office.

Registered voters wishing to object to the inclusion of others who changed divisions may complete Form D through the same channels.

Forms C and D can also be downloaded from the State Election Offices portal and must be submitted with the objection fee during office hours.

For further inquiries, the public can visit the official EC portal, contact the hotline, or visit any State Election Office.
