Papagomo video goes viral (UPDATED)

PETALING JAYA: A video clip of blogger Papagomo allegedly assaulting a foreign worker has surfaced on social media.
In the four-minute clip, Papagomo, whose real name is Wan Mohd Azri Wan Deris, was seen slapping, punching and kicking a Pakistani worker in an undisclosed location.
Spotting a grey t-shirt and military camouflage pants, he then told the foreigner that he does not want to ever see him again, and told him to leave the country.
The foreigner was seen apologising to Papagomo and another woman in the video clip.
The video clip was uploaded on his Facebook page Sir Azri, where he also posted a description of what had transpired on the day of the incident, which he said took place on Jan 29.
Wan Azri said he made the move after he discovered that the foreigner had allegedly performed lewd acts before two of his sisters and two of their female friends.
"As a brother, I took matters into my own hands to teach the offender a lesson," he wrote.
He admitted that he did not control his emotions while assaulting the man
"To me, regardless whether you are a foreigner or a Malaysian, sexual harassment is wrong," he added.
"It is not that (I do not) trust the police, but it would take a long process to bring the foreign worker to the police station to get justice.
"It would be worse if the foreigner runs back to his home country and the case becomes a NFA (No Further Action) case," he said.
Meanwhile, when asked about the case, Kuala Lumpur deputy police chief DCP Datuk Law Hong Soon said police will take action regardless whether a report has been lodged.
"We are investigating the case," Law said after launching the Chinese New Year "Ops Selamat 8/2016".
