RM33m Vietnam job for Bintai Kinden unit

PETALING JAYA: Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd’s sub-subsidiary company Bintai Kindenko (Vietnam) Co Ltd has accepted a letter of intent from Riverview Co Ltd to undertake a 176 billion dong (RM32.56 million) sub-contract for a residential development known as Project Shining in Vietnam.
The sub-contract involves mechanical, electrical and plumbing works and a fire-fighting package. Work is estimated to be completed in October 2017.
The project will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the company and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings, earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Bintai Kinden group for financial year ending March 31, 2017.
However, it is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of the group.
