More than a card to keep

IN today’s society where most purse and wallet space is taken up by cards, having a Starbucks card or cards, comes with many privileges. Like having a “card up one’s sleeve”, Starbucks Malaysia celebrated the fifth anniversary since the launch of its Starbucks Card. The company threw a party for its Starbucks Card holders otherwise known as My Starbucks Rewards (MSR) members, at its Sunway Pyramid outlet.
MSR members are able to redeem a limited edition Starbucks travel tag when they activate their fifth anniversary card with a minimum reload of RM150. ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
The fun-filled party included a host of exciting activities, from a live music performance by Russel Curtis to a special Starbucks Card collectors gathering, lucky draws with prizes amounting to RM15,000, discounted designer merchandise sales of up to 40%off and more, including the introduction of a limited edition fifth anniversary Starbucks Card, available only in Malaysia.
The celebration extended beyond KL, with Starbucks Chill Patrol Vans dispersed to locations in Perak, Penang, Johor and Sabah, to offer MSR members tall-sized Caramel Frappuccinos and Mocha Frappuccinos for just RM5.

With the Starbucks Card, members can simply swipe to enjoy their Starbucks food and beverage. A safer option than using cash, the Starbucks Card Mobile Application and Starbucks cards come with additional advantages and privileges that include:
► Purchase any 10 beverages of any size (except bottled beverages) and get a complimentary Grande size handcrafted beverage (not applicable for Reserve coffee).
► Purchase any promotional tumbler or mug and receive a complimentary Grande size handcrafted beverage (not applicable for Reserve coffee).
