Diversified Gateway most active, jumps 30%

PETALING JAYA: Diversified Gateway Solutions Bhd's (DGSB) share price jumped as much as 30% this morning, after Insas Bhd's unit acquired a 19.91% stake in the company from Omesti Bhd for RM12.8 million cash.
At 11.11am, the stock, which was the top active counter, stood at 6.5 sen with 125.72 million shares changing hands. Its market capitalisation stood at RM67.8 million.
Insas was flat at 97.5 sen with 173,600 shares changing hands. Insas has a market capitalisation of RM646.4 million.
Yesterday, Insas said the stake acquisition is expected to have synergistic benefits as its unit Insas Technology Bhd and DGSB operate in the business of information technology.
