One burnt to death, another injured in Semporna road accident

SEMPORNA: A car skidded and caught fire here early today, causing one person to be burnt to death and another injured, according to the Semporna Fire and Rescue Station.
The dead person has yet to be identified while the injured man was identified as Muhammad Basran Tuara, Semporna Fire and Rescue Station chief Fazizul Hizam Borhan said in a statement.
He said the station was summoned at 2.15am following the accident and it rushed seven fire-fighters in two trucks to the scene at the Perumahan Semporna Centre in Jalan Batu.
