Two men get death for murder of man

KANGAR: The High Court here today sentenced to death by hanging two men found guilty of having murdered a man two years ago.
Judge Abu Bakar Katar handed down the sentence to Mohamad Jazree Jaafar, 25, and Mohd Naim Man, 28, after the defence failed to raise a reasonable doubt in the case.
The two men had been charged with the murder of Bincharong a/l Amnot, 23, in Kampung Tanah Baru, Kuala Perlis, near here between 8pm on Sept 10, 2015 and 9am on Sept 11, 2015.
The body of Bincharong was reportedly found floating on Sept 12, 2015, in the waters off Kuala Perlis near Sungai Kampung Tanah Baru.
Mohamad Jazree was represented by counsel Zamri Ibrahim and Mohd Naim, by Zuhair Ahmad Zakuan, while DPP Badius Zaman Ahmad appeared for the prosecution. — Bernama
