Gempa bumi 5.5 skala Richter berlaku di Utara Halmahera, Indonesia dengan kedalaman 94 km, tiada ancaman tsunami kepada Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Satu gempa bumi sederhana berukuran 5.5 skala Ritcher  melanda kawasan Utara Halmahera, Indonesia pada 12.19 tengah hari tadi. 

Jabatan Meteorologi Malaysia( MetMalaysia) dalam kenyataan memaklumkan gempa dengan kedalaman 94 kilometer (km) itu berlaku kira-kira 105km utara dari Ternate, Indonesia.

Bagaimanapun, tiada ancaman tsunami kepada Malaysia. – Bernama
