UNRWA sahkan keluarga hilang tempat tinggal di Gaza sukar dapat air bersih, bergantung pada bekalan trak dan perlu catu air untuk minum serta kebersihan

NEW YORK: Agensi Bantuan dan Kerja Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu untuk Pelarian Palestin (UNRWA) mengesahkan keluarga yang hilang tempat tinggal di Semenanjung Gaza berdepan kesukaran mendapatkan air minuman bersih.

Dalam kenyataan di laman sesawang rasminya, UNRWA menjelaskan di tempat perlindungan yang penuh sesak, ramai penduduk bergantung sepenuhnya kepada bekalan air yang dihantar menggunakan trak.

Mereka terpaksa mencatu setiap titisan air untuk tujuan minum, memasak dan kegunaan kebersihan diri.

UNRWA menegaskan akses kepada air kekal penting untuk terus hidup.
