PETALING JAYA: AmInvest has won three fund management awards – Malaysia’s Best Overall Asset & Fund Manager, for the second consecutive year, and Malaysia’s Best Asset Manager for Fixed Income Funds at the 11th Fund Management Awards 2020 (Alpha Southeast Asia Awards); and Malaysia’s Insurance Fund House of the Year, for the third consecutive year, at the Institutional Asset Management Awards 2020.
At the Alpha Southeast Asia Awards, AmInvest was lauded as a leading multi-asset fund management company for its solid and transparent investment process, secured risk management, proper investment accounting systems, quality investment research, advanced portfolio management and diversification, above par risk-adjusted returns, and overall long-term outstanding fund performance.
In the Malaysia Insurance Fund House of the Year category, AmInvest was singled out for its best practices, services and performance in managing its insurance clients’ assets.
AmInvest CEO Goh Wee Peng said monetary policies globally are expected to remain very accommodative in the foreseeable future.
“Coupled with ample liquidity, we are optimistic about the outlook of the bond market. Credit selection is crucial and we will focus on issuers with strong and sustainable cash flow generating ability,” she said.
