Ingredients
200g wheat noodles
2 tablespoons chilli crisp (store-bought or homemade)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set them aside.
2. In a heated pan, add sesame oil and saute the minced garlic until aromatic.
