PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has arrived at the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) headquarters, here at 8.25 tonight to chair the party’s Supreme Leadership Council (MPT) meeting.
The meeting is expected to discuss current political issues in the country.
Among other things expected to be discussed are cooperation with other parties in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) government and preparations for the 15th General Election.
Also seen are Senior Minister of International Trade and Industry Datuk Seri Mohamad Azmin Ali (Selangor liaison committee (BPN) chairman), and Minister of Communications and Multimedia Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah (Pahang BPN chairman).
Others are Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Special Functions) Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof, and the party’s deputy president, Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu.
Also present are Bersatu Srikandi (women’s wing) chief Datuk Seri Rina Mohd Harun, her vice-chief Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin, party vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee and Information chief Wan Saiful Wan Jan. — Bernama
