KUALA LUMPUR: Police have completed their investigation into the woman known as “Inspector Sheila” who allegedly obstructed officers conducting checks on a foreign man.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus confirmed the investigation paper is ready for submission to the deputy prosecutor’s office.

“We have completed the investigation and the investigation paper will be referred to the deputy public prosecutor for suggested charges,” he told reporters after a programme today.

The case gained attention after a video uploaded by ‘Inspector Sheila’ went viral on social media platforms.
