KUALA LUMPUR: The Social Welfare Department will continue improving both counter and field services to maintain public welfare as its top priority.
JKM stated today that it consistently considers all complaints and feedback regarding its community welfare service delivery.
The department committed to investigating and addressing every complaint and issue raised by the public.
Public feedback is highly valued as it helps JKM enhance service quality and strengthen public trust in its role.
JKM advised people to submit welfare case feedback, complaints, or enquiries with supporting evidence through official channels.
These channels include the Public Complaints Management System and Talian Kasih helpline at 15999.
