The national rail operator said the cancellations are due to necessary track cleaning and repair work in several areas that remain unstable.

For online ticket purchases, passengers can cancel via the KITS app by selecting MyTicket, then Upcoming Ticket, and then Refund.

They will receive a full fare refund immediately into their KTM Wallet for future ticket purchases.

The next MySawasdee service schedule will be announced depending on developments and the situation in Hat Yai.

KTMB apologised for the inconvenience caused.
