King briefed on latest Malaysian Armed Forces developments

The briefing was delivered by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin during an audience with His Majesty at Istana Pasir Pelangi.

JOHOR BAHRU: The King of Malaysia, His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, was briefed today on the latest developments concerning the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF).

A post on the official Facebook page of Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar stated that the briefing was delivered by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin during an audience with His Majesty at Istana Pasir Pelangi here.

Meanwhile, a separate post stated that Sultan Ibrahim also graciously granted an audience to the Inspector-General of Police, Datuk Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail, at the palace.

In his capacity as the Honorary Chief Commissioner of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), His Majesty was briefed by Mohd Khalid on matters of national security.

The Regent of Johor, His Royal Highness Tunku Mahkota Ismail, was also in attendance.
