PM Anwar inspects ETS3 operations on KL-JB route

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim observed ETS3 services from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru, engaging with passengers and receiving positive feedback on comfort and efficiency.

KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim observed the operations of Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad’s (KTMB) Electric Train Service 3 (ETS3) from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru.

He used the long holiday period to inspect the service and engage directly with passengers on board.

In a Facebook post, Anwar said he listened to their views and feedback on the services provided.

“Alhamdulillah, the response received has been very encouraging, particularly in terms of comfort levels and a smoother, more organised travel experience,” he said.

The Prime Minister added that the MADANI Government will continue to prioritise efforts to make public services safer, more efficient and people-friendly.
