Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Perak, Selangor, Sarawak, Sabah, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan until 7 pm today.
KUALA LUMPUR: Thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are forecast to persist until 7 pm today across four states and three federal territories.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department issued the warning for Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan.
In Perak, the affected districts are Kinta, Kampar, Batang Padang and Muallim.
The warning also covers Hulu Selangor, Gombak, Petaling and Sepang districts in Selangor.
In East Malaysia, similar conditions are expected in Limbang, Sarawak.
The forecast for Sabah includes the Interior division, the West Coast districts of Papar, Putatan, Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran and Kota Belud, and the Kudat districts of Kota Marudu and Kudat.
