AGC confirms no i-Serve Online Mall assets remain seized after RM118.7 million and RM71.3 million seizures were released following investigations.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney General’s Chambers has confirmed that no assets belonging to i-Serve Online Mall Sdn Bhd are currently under police seizure.

AGC clarified that enforcement agencies initially seized assets worth RM118.7 million from i-Serve Online Mall and related companies on November 11, 2021.

“The seized assets were released after i-Serve Online Mall and related companies were compounded,” the AGC stated.

Police also seized assets valued at RM71.3 million between October and December 2023, according to the chambers.

These assets were later released between October and December 2024 after investigations found no conclusive evidence they were proceeds of an offence.

The statement addressed a November 1, 2025 report by Free Malaysia Today titled ‘Release frozen funds, say investors who won RM8 million case against tycoon’.

Meanwhile, investigations against MYAirline Sdn Bhd co-founder Datuk Allan Goh Hwan Hua remain ongoing.

“The offences under investigation involve complex commercial transactions and fund flows,” the AGC noted.

On September 9, the Kuala Lumpur High Court ordered Goh and four related companies to return more than RM8 million to 15 investors.

Judge Leong Wai Hong ruled that the investors had proven their claims on a balance of probabilities.

The court ordered Goh and the companies to repay RM7.61 million and SGD170,000, plus RM100,000 in costs.

The four companies are i-Serve Online Mall Sdn Bhd, Bright Moon Venture PLT, QA Smart Partnership PLT and Trillion Cove Holdings Bhd. – Bernama
