US President Donald Trump supports Canada’s preliminary trade agreement with China, which will cut tariffs on electric vehicles and canola.
WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump expressed support for Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney’s preliminary trade deal with China.
Trump made the comments to reporters at the White House on Friday.

“That’s what he should be doing. It’s a good thing for him to sign a trade deal. If you can get a deal with China, you should do that,” Trump said.
The agreement will slash tariffs on electric vehicles and canola. – Reuters
