Allianz Malaysia appoints world champion mixed doubles pair Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei as its new brand ambassadors.
ALLIANZ Malaysia Berhad has appointed national mixed doubles pair Chen Tang Jie and Toh Ee Wei as its brand ambassadors.
The appointment recognises their status as reigning world champions and shared values of discipline, resilience and consistency.
The duo will be actively involved in the company’s campaigns, particularly the Allianz C.E.O. Programme.
This structured career pathway aims to develop insurance advisors into trusted financial guides.
“We are pleased to have the reigning world champions as our brand ambassadors,” said Allianz Malaysia Berhad chief executive officer Sean Wang.
He said the partnership is built on a shared belief that world class success requires discipline, tenacity and motivation.
“It is not just about talent but about consistency, resilience, and the courage to move forward,” Wang added.
As part of the collaboration, the Allianz C.E.O. Programme logo will be displayed on the players’ jerseys.
This will begin at the upcoming Malaysia Open tournament next week.
Shuttler Toh Ee Wei said the pair were honoured to be trusted by the global organisation.
“Tang Jie and I are absolutely thrilled to be working with Allianz Malaysia especially because of their strong support for Malaysian badminton,” said the 25-year-old.
She expressed confidence the partnership would motivate them to constantly strive for excellence.
