JAKARTA: Selangor Red Giants (SRG) have moved closer to the knockout stage of the Mobile Legends Bang-Bang World Championship (M7) after defeating Team Spirit.
The Malaysian squad secured their second win in the Swiss stage with a decisive 14-minute victory at the XO Hall.
SRG’s lineup, featuring Muhd Qayyum Ariffin Mohd Suhairi (Yums), Muhd Haqqullah Ahmad Shahrul Zaman (Sekys), Haziq Danish Mohd Rizwan (Stormie) and import players Mark Genzon Sojero Rusiana (Kramm) and John Vincent Banal (Innocent), dominated their rivals.
“We are ready 100 percent to see anyone to secure the knockout stage,” Kramm said after the match.
The win follows SRG’s first victory against fellow Malaysian team C Esports yesterday.
Meanwhile, debutants CG Esports suffered their second loss of the championship, falling to Aurora Gaming in 15 minutes.
