PNSB Construction and Daikin Malaysia sign an MoU to explore sustainable, technology-driven solutions for future Rumah Idaman housing projects in Selangor.
PNSB Construction Sdn Bhd (PCSB), a subsidiary of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB), has formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd to explore strategic collaboration in providing system solutions and technologies for future Rumah Idaman housing developments.
The MoU signing ceremony was officiated by Y.M. Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar bin Raja Salim, Chief Executive Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, alongside Mr Lawrence Song Yew Beng, Managing Director of Daikin Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd. Also present were YBhg. Dato’ Puasa bin Md. Taib, Board Member of PNSB Construction Sdn Bhd, and Datuk Lee Chong Haw, Local Giants Programme Advisor of Selangor Football Club.
The event was witnessed by YBhg. Dato’ Mohamad Lotfy bin Mohamad Noh, Board Member of PNSB Construction Sdn Bhd.
Under the MoU, both parties will establish a collaborative framework to assess and explore opportunities involving the supply, installation and implementation of Daikin products and systems for upcoming Rumah Idaman projects.
This includes technical consultations, product demonstrations and expert support to ensure the proposed systems are suitable and seamlessly integrated into the housing developments.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, Y.M. Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar bin Raja Salim, “this collaboration reflects PNSB’s commitment to strengthening sustainable housing development through the adoption of technology and expertise from globally recognised strategic partners, in line with the needs of present and future communities.”
Echoing this vision, Daikin Malaysia highlighted its focus on long-term comfort and reliability for homeowners.

Both parties noted that any future implementation resulting from this collaboration will be subject to a definitive agreement to be mutually agreed upon at a later stage.
