Costa Rican government says has signed up for WHO's COVAX vaccine plan

SAN JOSE, Sept 25 (Reuters) - The Costa Rican government said on Friday it has signed up for the World Health Organization's COVAX facility vaccine program to be able to pre-order more than one million doses of the vaccine once it is made available.
