The family of a transport company CEO killed in a Gua Musang road accident has claimed his body. Three men died and three were seriously injured
GUA MUSANG: The family of Nik Razizi Nik Rahim, a chief executive officer who died in a road accident, has claimed his body from the hospital.
The 55-year-old transport and fuel supply company CEO’s remains were claimed at 11.45 am today following funeral prayers.
His brother-in-law, Mukhriz Hassan, said the burial will be held at Kampung Banggol, Pengkalan Chepa, after Asar prayers.
“The deceased frequently travelled to Kuala Lumpur for work but rarely went by car,” said Mukhriz.
“We accept this as God’s will. We have lost a brother who was very kind to all family members.”
The post-mortem on Nik Razizi took nearly three hours and was completed at 11.30 am.
The post-mortem for another victim, Nik Azmi Nik Othman, 47, is expected to be completed after Zohor prayers.
In the 12.40 pm incident yesterday, three men were killed while three others, including a woman, were seriously injured.
Gua Musang police chief Supt Sik Choon Foo identified the deceased as Nik Razizi, Nik Azmi, and Mohamed Saiful Kamaruzaman, 33.
