Election Commission opens December 2025 supplementary voter roll for 30 days, allowing citizens to verify or update their details
KUALA LUMPUR: The Election Commission has kicked off the December 2025 voter roll review, giving Malaysians 30 days to check, verify, and correct their details ahead of upcoming elections.
Election Commission secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus said the roll, certified and gazetted today, contains 44,042 names of citizens aged 18 and above who were automatically registered as new voters between December 1 and 31, 2025.
It also contains 16,699 registered voters who changed constituencies and 4,872 voters who changed their voter category or status.
“The EC calls on citizens aged 18 and above between Dec 1 and 31 2025 and any registered voters who have applied for a change of constituency or change of voter category or status to check their names,” he said in a statement.
The public can check their details via the EC portal, the official State Election Office portal, the MySPR online application, the MySPR Semak mobile app, or by calling 03-88927218.
Voters who find their names omitted can file a claim using Form C, while objections to an entry can be made using Form D.
Any queries regarding the review can be submitted to the EC via its official portal or hotline.
