OSC programme in Bandar Tun Razak simplifies aid access for community

One Stop Centre programme brings government agencies together in Bandar Tun Razak, providing easier access to assistance and socio-economic opportunities.

KUALA LUMPUR: The One Stop Centre Social Wellbeing Programme has drawn an encouraging response from residents in Bandar Tun Razak.

Bandar Tun Razak Member of Parliament Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said the programme provides easier access to assistance, information and socio-economic opportunities.

“Through this synergy, we can deliver aid and services more efficiently to those who need them the most,” she said when officiating the programme.

Fifteen public and private agencies participated in the initiative coordinated by the Implementation Coordination Unit of the Prime Minister’s Department.

The programme also included a Jualan Rahmah segment offering essential goods at affordable prices.

Wan Azizah highlighted the National Information Dissemination Centre’s success with over 1.8 million registered members nationwide.

She noted that NADI Pulau Banggi recently earned international recognition by winning the World Summit on the Information Society Prizes 2025.

The event also featured the presentation of Malaysian Good Agricultural Practices certificates to community gardens.

Both recipient gardens were among the earliest community groups in the Federal Territories to receive MyGAP certification. – Bernama
