KOTA BHARU: Melor state assemblyman Wan Rohimi Wan Daud is expected to have his statement recorded at the district police headquarters here today over an incident involving the alleged belittling of policemen.

Kelantan Police chief Mohd Yusoff Mamat, when contacted, confirmed the matter and said Wan Rohimi is currently travelling from Kedah to Kelantan.

“He is expected to arrive at the Kota Bharu Police headquarters at 6 pm today to meet the investigating officer and provide further details on the incident,” he told Bernama.

He said police will also call several other witnesses who were at the scene during the incident to assist in the investigation.
