Belgium emphatically ended the United States’s World Cup run with a 4-1 win against the co-hosts on Monday.

SEATTLE: Belgium emphatically ended the United States’s World Cup run with a 4-1 win against the co-hosts on Monday.

The game had been overshadowed by FIFA’s reprieve for US forward Folarin Balogun after a red card in his previous match, but he was unable to make an impact as the Belgians ran out easy winners in Seattle.
