MetMalaysia issues an alert-level warning for persistent rain in parts of Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu from Thursday to Friday.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued an alert-level persistent rain warning for parts of three east coast states.
The warning is in effect from Thursday until Friday.
It covers the districts of Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin in Pahang.
In Kelantan, the alert involves Jeli, Kuala Krai and Gua Musang.
The affected areas in Terengganu are Kuala Nerus, Hulu Terengganu, Kuala Terengganu, Marang, Dungun and Kemaman.
The public is advised to check the latest weather updates via the MetMalaysia website, the myCuaca app, or its social media channels.
