Malaysian embassy in Cambodia offers help for citizens in conflict zones

Malaysians facing relocation issues due to Cambodia-Thailand conflict urged to contact embassy in Phnom Penh for immediate assistance.

PHNOM PENH: Malaysians experiencing difficulties leaving areas affected by the ongoing conflict between Cambodia and Thailand are advised to seek help from their embassy.

The Embassy of Malaysia in Phnom Penh issued the advisory on Wednesday via its official Facebook page.

It urged Malaysian nationals facing relocation challenges to contact the mission for further assistance.

For help, citizens can email the embassy at mwphnompenh@kln.gov.my.

They may also call the 24-hour hotline at +855 15 216 176.

Alternatively, individuals can visit the embassy’s official website at https://www.kln.gov.my/web/khm_phnom-penh/home for more information and support.
