Anggota polis ditemui lemas dihanyut arus deras di Sepang

Anggota polis dari IPD Nilai ditemui lemas selepas dihanyut arus deras di kawasan Klinik Desa Giching, Sepang selepas operasi SAR

SEPANG: Seorang anggota polis yang dilaporkan hilang selepas dipercayai dihanyutkan arus deras ditemui lemas pagi ini.

Mangsa ditemui pada 7.30 pagi oleh pasukan operasi mencari dan menyelamat berhampiran Klinik Desa Giching.

Penolong Pengarah Bahagian Operasi JBPM Selangor Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar mengesahkan penemuan tersebut.

“Polis dan JBPM yang berada di lokasi berjaya menemui mangsa pada jarak kira-kira 50 meter dari kenderaan,” katanya.

Ketua Polis Daerah Sepang ACP Norhizam Bahaman semalam mengesahkan mangsa merupakan anggota dari IPD Nilai.

Mangsa difahamkan dalam perjalanan ke tempat kerja selepas menziarahi keluarganya di Sepang.

Kejadian berlaku pada kira-kira 11 malam Jumaat ketika kenderaan mangsa terbabas ke dalam parit di kawasan banjir.
