NEGERI SEMBILAN: IJM Land is set to strengthen Seremban 2 as the township moves into its next phase of growth and positioning as a key residential and commercial hub in Negeri Sembilan with the launch of IKON Residences in October 2025.
The new 44-storey freehold serviced residence is expected to become a defining addition to the local skyline and the township’s first integrated high-rise development, reflecting IJM Land’s continued commitment to long-term urban planning and sustainable community building.
The development carries an estimated gross development value of RM360 million.
It will comprise 778 units across two tower wings, with built-ups ranging from 474 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft and starting prices from RM320,000.

“The township’s ongoing growth will be reinforced by the Malaysian Vision Valley 2.0 initiative, which is expected to support economic activity, infrastructure expansion and sustained property value in the region,” he said in a statement.
