Bangkai helikopter PDRM berjaya dinaikkan di Sungai Pulai

ISKANDAR PUTERI: Bangkai helikopter milik Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) yang terhempas di Sungai Pulai, Gelang Patah minggu lepas, berjaya dinaikkan sekitar jam 11 pagi ini. Helikopter jenis AS355N dengan nombor pendaftaran 9M-PHG itu akan dibawa ke Pasukan Gerakan Udara (PGU) Subang, Selangor bagi tujuan siasatan lanjut.

Komander PGU Jabatan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri dan Ketenteraman Awam (KDNKA) Datuk Noor Sham Md Jani berkata siasatan terperinci akan dijalankan oleh Biro Siasatan Kemalangan Udara (BSKU). “Kerjasama pelbagai agensi mempercepatkan proses menaikkan bangkai helikopter ini dan membolehkan siasatan lebih menyeluruh dijalankan,“ katanya.

Operasi menaikkan helikopter tersebut dilaksanakan secara berperingkat dengan kerjasama pelbagai agensi termasuk Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia (TLDM), Pasukan Polis Marin (PPM) Wilayah Dua, dan Agensi Penguatkuasaan Maritim Malaysia (APMM). Bangkai helikopter dinaikkan menggunakan kapal kren dan diiringi beberapa aset PDRM.

Tinjauan Bernama di lokasi sejak jam 7.30 pagi mendapati persiapan operasi dijalankan secara teliti sebelum bangkai helikopter dinaikkan secara berperingkat dan dibawa ke jeti berhampiran.

Dalam insiden pada Khamis lepas, helikopter tersebut terhempas ketika terlibat dalam latihan Multilateral Nuclear Security Detection Exercise (MITSATOM) 2025 yang melibatkan kerjasama antara Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, dan Singapura di Jeti Maritim Gelang Patah.
