A frustrated Malaysian husband took to @meinmokhtar to post an anonymous confession about his unhappy wife.
In the X post, he said being a husband was tiring.
“My wife doesn’t work anymore so I’m the breadwinner now.”
He went on to share that due to him being the only one earning a salary, he has to be the one who pay for everything, including her loans.
“Have to bear PTPTN debt, credit card, car loan, all my wife’s loans.”
He added that he didn’t mind shouldering the responsibilities, saying “money could be found.”

However, he is annoyed with his wife for sulking with him when he returns home late due to his part-time work.

Netizens quickly shared their opinions online, with many advising him to communicate better with his wife.
One user commented:
“You need to sit with her and talk. Explain your situation & help her understand that, in order to settle all her loans, you will be coming home late for a long time. If she can’t accept this, give her the option to work again, or suggest any income that can be generated from home.”
Other users also said that the key issue is communication and understanding, and not just money.
