Over 2,000 join UDA night run and sales for Visit Johor 2026

UDA Holdings’ night run and midnight sales at Angsana Johor Bahru Mall drew crowds to support Visit Johor 2026 and showcase property projects

JOHOR BAHRU: UDA Holdings Berhad (UDA) drew over 2,000 participants and visitors to a special night run and midnight sales event at Angsana Johor Bahru Mall (AJBM).

The event was organised to support the Visit Johor 2026 tourism campaign and promote community engagement.

Held from 7.30 pm to 1 am, the programme featured a 5-kilometre run, property promotions, live performances, and lucky draws.

UDA interim president and chief executive officer Azrudyn Rashid said the event aligns with the company’s commitment to developing inclusive and livable cities.

“UDA is not merely developing properties but also plays a role in building a vibrant and competitive city,” he told Bernama.

He added that the event served as a new platform to support Visit Johor 2026 while engaging the local community.

The property exhibitions showcased UDA’s latest development projects in Johor, including UDA Heights in Bandar UDA Utama and Sedili Residensi in Kota Tinggi.

Upcoming projects for 2026 and 2027, such as Residensi Monstera and the Ebony serviced apartment, were also promoted.

As a special incentive, the first five property bookings during the midnight sales received an exclusive IKEA gift card worth RM2,000.

AJBM is planning further community programmes, including a Pre-Ramadan Promotion and an Aidilfitri Carnival.

Established in 1971, UDA is now a government-linked company under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development.
