Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim sends donation and food aid to Juliana Nasruddin, a stage four breast cancer patient in Kuantan.
KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim handed over a donation and food box to stage four breast cancer patient, Juliana Nasruddin, in Balok Makmur, Kuantan, Pahang.
The donation was presented by the political secretary to the Prime Minister Datuk Ahmad Farhan Fauzi during the Ziarah MADANI Indera Mahkota tour series.
In a Facebook post Anwar shared today, Ahmad Farhan said the donation was a gesture of the Prime Minister’s concern for Juliana, who is currently receiving treatment at Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital, Kuantan, and her family.
“She bravely raised five children with her husband who runs a small business to support the family.
“In a situation tested by health problems, this family is also facing outstanding bills and I took the initiative to contribute to help ease the burden,” he said.
He also presented the contribution on behalf of the Prime Minister, besides praying that Juliana would continue to be given strength, that all her affairs would be made easier, that she would be granted recovery and that her family would always be under the grace and protection of Allah SWT.
