Sarawak police are accelerating a multi-angle investigation into a crash that killed three family members, vowing no early assumptions.
KUCHING: Police are expediting a comprehensive investigation into a fatal road accident in Sri Aman that claimed the lives of three family members.
Sarawak deputy police commissioner DCP Saifullizan Ishak said the probe is being conducted from multiple angles to ensure fairness.
“Police will not make early assumptions and will allow a thorough investigation to be completed,” he told reporters.
He confirmed no conclusion has been reached yet regarding the incident.
The crash occurred on March 20 along Jalan Serian-Sri Aman involving a Proton X70 and a Perodua Alza.
Three passengers in the Proton X70, including a 70-year-old man and two women, were killed.
