KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (METMalaysia) has issued a warning for thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds in parts of three states.
The adverse weather is forecast to affect areas in Pahang, Johor and Sarawak until 4 pm today.
In Pahang, the affected districts are Maran, Kuantan, Bera, Pekan and Rompin.
The warning for Johor covers Segamat, Batu Pahat, Kluang, Pontian and Pulai.
In Sarawak, the areas forecast to experience the conditions are Sri Aman, Selangau in Sibu, Mukah and Bintulu.
