Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim will officiate the closing of the three-day Rancakkan MADANI programme and launch key people-centric projects
PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim will officiate the closing ceremony of the “Rancakkan MADANI Bersama Malaysiaku” programme and the National Public Service Reform Convention 2025 today.
The event begins at 11 am with the national anthem and a recitation of the Rukun Negara pledge.
Singer Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza Taruddin will deliver an opening performance before Anwar’s keynote address.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to launch the Sahabat Penggerak MADANI initiative and the People’s Welfare Insurance Scheme (SIKR) 3.0.
The three-day programme was organised to highlight the MADANI Government’s achievements and promote the Public Service Reform Agenda (ARPA).
It featured eight main segments covering areas from people’s well-being and youth to the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign.
The event is organised by the Prime Minister’s Performance Acceleration Coordination Unit (PACU) with the Public Service Department and Malaysia Productivity Corporation.
Deputy Prime Ministers Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof will attend a forum on the MADANI Government’s journey.
A separate morning forum will feature Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar and MACC Chief Commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki.
Other final day activities include a lucky draw and a sustainable cleaning demonstration.
The programme aims to showcase the administration’s achievements over three years in unity, education, and governance.
Appreciation events for visitors include MADANI Sales with discounts on essential goods and a large career carnival.
Over 30 employers are participating in the career carnival, offering more than 5,000 job opportunities.
Participating companies include FGV Holdings Bhd, Bank Rakyat, Top Glove, and Port of Tanjung Pelepas.
The career carnival is positioned as one of the largest job-matching platforms before the end of 2025. – Bernama
